Return & Exchange Timeframe

Within 3 days of confirmed receipt (before installation), returns/exchanges are accepted for serious quality issues. Customized products are resolved through negotiation.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Products must be uninstalled, unused, with original packaging intact, and must have serious quality issues.

* Serious quality issues include: severe product damage, product significantly inconsistent with sales description, severe color deviation in flooring materials. Damage caused by buyer-arranged logistics, or flooring not repackaged by buyer after unpacking, does NOT qualify.

Custom Product Guarantee

Design drafts and sample photos/videos confirmed before production. Non-quality issues are non-refundable after confirmation; quality issues are remade free of charge.

Logistics Guarantee

For serious quality issues, return shipping is covered by TUCE Pickleball. Full logistics tracking provided throughout.

Quality Warranty

TUCE Pickleball fence systems, lighting systems, and flooring material systems: 2-year warranty. Pickleball paddles: 6-month warranty. Pickleball net posts and other pickleball accessories: 1-year warranty.
